This company did exactly what they said they would do. We know It's hard to do a job when your customer is 200 miles from their their cabin that needs work. Jason was an awesome technician. He was on time, very courteous and professional (he took his boots off, which wasn't necessary and laid a drop cloth down while working on our gas fireplace insert). Jason was very knowledgeable, informative and efficient while still being personable and friendly. We highly recommend Jason and will definitely be calling him at Danco Heating & Cooling for all things in the future. Hope he sticks around- technicians like him ate few and far between.

This is the second time I have had DANCO assist with my fireplace. Both times they tried to walk me through troubleshooting over the phone in an attempt to avoid a service call. This impressed me so much. We were actually able to determine the cause of the issues I was having and order the new parts telephonically. This meant only one service call to install the new parts. Jason called when the parts came in and arranged to have him come out to do the work today. He did a great job not only in the repairs but also protecting the floor and keeping everything clean. DANCO provides professional and efficient service. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be who I call when I need maintenance or service in the future!
